WHY SUBWAY TOKEN FILMS?
Subway Token Films was founded in 2012 in order to provide entertainment services inspired by the kind of people who choose to ride the subway every day, the ‘Everydayers’. Our mission is to honor the Street Level Miracles in our lives and put them on film.
STF is an independent film production company with its own in-house media production team. The foundation of our business model is to make in-house films from start to finish; we write, self-produce, cast, direct and spearhead post-production. Our team specializes in narrative films, both short and feature in length, intended for festival use and/or new media channels on the internet.
Other video production services include shooting audition tapes for actors and documenting outdoor events. We also have a full inventory of equipment which we rent to other filmmakers.

WHY STREET LEVEL MIRACLES?
Our philosophy is to find the Street Level Miracles in all of our stories and work from there. These kinds of miracles aren’t masked in capes or disguises, they are the derailments that embody conflict which sprout from true to life circumstances. The small tokens that arrive at the right moment, and in doing so, give us pause and hope. Whether hard-hitting and gut-wrenching or simply a kind gesture, these miracles result in the same outcome: keeping Subway Token Films on track towards creative inspiration.
