We’re Hiring an Executive Personal Assistant
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented personal assistant who is excellent at organization/scheduling, comfortable caring for our beloved rescued pitbull, and open to helping out in general around the home. You will be working closely with two professional actors who also have a production company. It is essential that you be able to easefully handle last minute schedule changes and tasks. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Spend time with our dog (walk, feed, hang)
- Schedule personal appointments for us (medical appointments, interviews, etc)
- Book travel arrangements (flights, hotel, car service, etc.)
- Manage a shared email inbox including drafting and sending emails
- Keep our work spaces organized such as our office and files
- Manage returns and other errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office, deliveries, etc.
- Order, wrap and ship gifts
- Pack and unpack before/after travel
- Drive our dog to and from his vet, doggy daycare, dog wash, etc.
- Manage the cleaner’s schedule and some light cleaning (upkeep) when needed
- Actor-related tasks such as running lines and operating the camera for self-tapes
This is a 120 hr per month position, primarily weekdays with some evenings and weekends.
You will be in contact with a wide range of high level industry people from actors, casting directors, agents, for profit and non-profit companies - so clear, tactful communication is essential.

Requirements
- Must be comfortable with dominant breed dogs (in particular, pitbulls)
- Must be an excellent communicator, discreet, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented.
- You should have an inquisitive nature, the ability to learn new things, and be open to a variety of tasks. You must be a good team player yet work well independently when assigned a self-directed project.
- Must have highly proficient oral and written skills in English. Spanish, a plus.
- Must have strong experience with Apple devices.
Compensation and Other Perks
The salary for this position will be $60-$65,000 per year based on experience and fit. Other benefits include:
